🏏 KHAN'S 5 WICKET BAG SEALS THIRD STRAIGHT WIN FOR SECOND TEAM 🏏

The 2nds survived a big middle order wobble in the first innings to seal a third straight vicotry.

The 2nds having already recovered from 17/2 to 83/2 soon found themselves 84/7 after the spin pair of Rob Grace and Rory Daburger ripped through our middle order. James Eaton and Ibrahim Safi put on 66 for 3rd wicket as they both scored in the 30's before Ted Ruston and Muhammad Khan also did the same to push us towards a competitive total. At the conclusion of our innings we were bowled out for 178 with Doncaster Town's overseas the pick of the bowlers with 5/58.

Early wickets again fell before again Rob Grace and Rory Daburger played a key part in getting Doncaster to 74/2 before another collopse this time with 7 wickets falling for just 17 runs as our visitors plummeted to 91/9. Khan took 5/34 from his 15 overs as well as a key run out of Daburger for 24. Doncaster would be bowled out for 113 as we claimed a 65 run victory.
