A 52 y old Male pt. Came with c/o hematemesis & Melena yesterday admitted in Medical ward through Opd K/c of DCLD / ETOH, we planned endoscopy after initially resuscitation and stabilize the patient. Prof Dr Abdul Qadir Khan Perform Endoscopy and done the life saving procedure. Endoscopic findings : 2 columns of Grade 2 & 3 esophageal varices with red wale sign, 2 Ulcers seen @ GEJ, Duodenum Normal, Moderate to severe PHG. “2 Band Applied for varices”

45 years old female presented with bloody Diarrhoea,Abdominal pain and Weight loss,
On Examination I’ll looking lady
Sigmoidoscopy performed that shows ,Soft inflamed mucosa bleed on touch of scope ,Variable size polyps from Re**um to Transverse Colon ,Multiple biopsies taken and sent for Histo pathology.
Waiting for biopsy results

Today 15th july 2023, After proper consent, preparation EGD performed By Prof:Dr.Abdul Qadir Khan in which findings were
Oesophagus: Ni**le seen 30cm four columns of grade III-IV esophageal varices with multiple red wale sign 4 band applied on ni**le, good hemostasis achieved.
Patient is advised for rescope after 6weeks on 30/08/2023

45 years Old Mr Gheno k/case of Decompensated Chronic Liver disease admitted in the MU-I with the abdominal distension, fever along with history unexplained weight loss and anemia
U/S findings suggestive of metastatic liver mass.

OGD Findings: *Irregular polypoidal friable growth/mass with patent lumen seen at D-1 of duodenum*. Irregular serpentine mucosal changes were seen in the antrum of the stomach.

Suggestive of malignant lesion until proven otherwise.
The biopsy specimen was taken from D-1 and the antrum of the stomach for histopathology evolution.
