Are you ready to assemble this yummm salad in our stunning trifle bowl?

Meanwhile let us spoil you with some recipes

" The Happy Salad "
Ingredients
-Cooked pasta 1.5 cups,
- Boiled eggs 3,
- Peas n Lettuce 1.5 cups each
- Apples 2 tossed in 1 teasp lemon juice.
- Strawberries or peaches 1.5 cups
- Grilled chicken 1.5 cups
- Green onion ( a handful)
- Dressing :( Mix 1/2 cup maynoneez, 1/4 cup sour cream , 2 teaspspoon lemon juice n 1/2cup parmesan cheese together)

Recipe:-
1) Place cooked pasta in the bottom of a a glass trifle dish.
2) Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, parmesan cheese and lemon juice and zest( optional) in mixing Bowl.
3) Spoon the dressing on top of the pasta.
4) Toss the apples in lemon juice and layer on top of the dressing.
5) Add the strawberries/peaches, romaine lettuce, peas and grilled chicken.
Top with halved hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle with green onions.....and serve :)
