Job Summary:
As a Social Media Executive, you will manage our social media presence, create and execute strategies and engage with our audience to increase brand awareness. You should be able to lead and manage our digital campaigns to nurture our brand's online visibility — from ideation to final ex*****on and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
* Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from the media about a given product line.
* Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
Qualifications:
* A degree in business, communications, digital marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
* Knowledge of social media management tools like Buffer and Hootsuite (preferred but not required).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
* Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing techniques.
