Get your Applicant's forms from UEM office at "15/1-C, 1st floor, 12th commercial street, DHA Phase 2 extension, Karachi".
Office timings are from 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm
People's outside 10km circle can request delivery of form via post at home by message.
Note: form fee is Rs 1000/-. For fee is not refundable for applicants who will be shortlisted for auditions.
Form fees is refundable only for those applicants who will not be shortlisted for auditions.
