They say Squash is the healthiest sport in the world. If you can protect your knees you can play for years! Malcolm Gilham after beating John Woodliffe in the final of World Master over 80s in South Africa 2016! Two of the most humble gentlemen I have had the pleasure of meeting and playing!

Many of the village schools have been closed in mid Wales but Friog is still open with very few pupils. A few years ago I arranged to introduce squash using a mini squash wall with exit route to our club in Tywyn 8 miles away. The kids loved it and the school actually bought their own wall. Sadly only one parent made the effort to bring their child to the real court! Must check if it is still used!

The terrible twins Cullen and Ethan in their Scottish kilts on prom school night. So much fun to coach by sibling rivalry caused a few red mist incidents . Both in top ten in Wales under11s and under 13 until I lost them to football . Ethan when small often lost his grip on his racket and at one tournament it shot fro back of court high on to front wall the ball landing for his opponent to calmly hit to back of court. Ethan bring very fast retrieved racket ran to back and played a superb back hand winning drop which brought the house down ! His cheeky smile to the spectators was so funny . Nobody had the heart to tell him that the rally should have ended with racket loss !
