Ingredients
🟠 Cherry Pie Bombs
Vegetable oil, for frying
16.3 ounces Grands “Big” biscuits, flaky
21 ounces cherry pie filling
2 cups powdered sugar
¼ cup milk
1 tablespoon light corn syrup

🟠 Caramel Apple Pie Bombs
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
7.5 ounces biscuits
21 ounces apple pie filling
10 caramels cut in ½ longways (individually wrapped)
vegetable oil for frying
caramel sundae topping, optional

🟠 Pumpkin Donut Holes
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup buttermilk
1 cup pumpkin puree, canned
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Topping
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

🟠 Chocolate Covered Cherry Brownie Bombs
18.3 ounces chewy fudge brownie mix (your favorite brand, I used Duncan Hines)
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup water
2 large eggs, room temperature
12 ounces whipped chocolate frosting (your favorite brand, I used Betty Crocker)
10 ounces maraschino cherries (drained, stems removed, and patted dry)
18 ounces chocolate almond bark

Coffee Crème Brûlée

📌Ingredients
* 2 cups heavy cream
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar (plus extra for caramelizing)
* 4 large egg yolks
* 1 cup brewed coffee or espresso
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare a water bath by placing ramekins in a larger baking dish filled with water.
2. Heat heavy cream and brewed coffee over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and steep for 5 minutes.
3. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and granulated sugar until pale. Gradually add the warm cream mixture while whisking continuously.
4. Stir in vanilla extract until fully combined.
5. Pour custard into ramekins and fill the baking dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the ramekins. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle sugar on top and use a kitchen torch to caramelize until golden brown.

Crispy crackers, no sugar, no butter — just pure crunch and flavor.

Ingredients:
* 1¾ cups (225 g) Cake Flour
* 3 tbsp (45 g) Corn Oil
* 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp (90 ml) Milk
* 1 tsp (3 g) Instant Yeast
* 1/4 tsp (1.5 g) Baking Soda
* 1/3 tsp (2 g) Salt
* 1/4 cup (32 g) Chopped green onion
* 1 tbsp (12 g) Toasted sesame seeds

Instructions:
1. Combine corn oil, milk, and salt. Gradually add flour, yeast, and baking soda, stirring until the mixture resembles a crumbly texture.

2. Add chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds, then knead into a smooth dough. Rest for 20 minutes.

3. Roll the dough into a thin sheet and poke small holes with a fork to prevent puffing.

4. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Bake the crackers for about 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.

1) Vanilla Roll Cake

Ingredients

Cake
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp milk
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt

Filling
• 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
2. Separate eggs. Whip egg whites until soft peaks.
3. Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff and glossy.
4. Add egg yolks, oil, and milk and mix gently.
5. Sift in flour, baking powder, salt. Fold carefully.
6. Spread batter evenly on tray.
7. Bake 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
8. While warm, roll with parchment and let cool.
9. Whip cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
10. Unroll, spread cream, roll again, slice.



2) Chocolate Roll Cake

Ingredients

Cake
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt

Filling
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Follow the same steps as vanilla, but whisk cocoa powder together with the flour before folding into batter.



3) Strawberry Roll Cake

Ingredients

Cake
(same as vanilla cake)

Filling
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries

Instructions
1. Follow the vanilla cake method.
2. Fill with sweetened whipped cream and spread sliced strawberries evenly before rolling.



4) Lemon Roll Cake

Ingredients

Cake
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp milk
• 2 tsp lemon zest
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt

Filling
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

Follow the vanilla method, adding lemon zest and juice to the wet mixture before adding flour.



5) Matcha Roll Cake

Ingredients

Cake
• 4 large eggs
• 2/3 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp milk
• 2 tbsp matcha powder
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt

Filling
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Mix matcha powder into the flour before folding.
Bake and fill as usual.



6) Red Velvet Roll Cake

Ingredients

Cake
• 4 large eggs
• 2/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp red food coloring

Filling
• 8 oz (226g) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Prepare cake following vanilla method, adding cocoa and red food coloring to wet mixture.
2. Bake and cool rolled shape.
3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; use as filling.

1. Cheesy Stuffed Patty

Add inside the patty:

1 cube or 1 tbsp shredded cheese (mozzarella / cheddar)

2. Spicy Jalapeño

Add to base mix:

1–2 tbsp chopped jalapeños

½ tsp chili flakes

½ tsp paprika

3. Mediterranean Herb

Add to base mix:

• ⅛ tsp salt
• Powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and oil until smooth.
3. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
4. Cover and chill dough for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

6. Scoop dough into balls and roll generously in powdered sugar.
