A few days ago I received this message from a recent bride (see the photo sa post na ito)
As you can see, may mga bagay siya na pinagsisihan nung araw ng kasal niyaโฆ.
To the point na parang na-trauma na siya.
Imagine yung dapat na most romantic day of your life, tapos nagka-ganito (no bride ever deserves this kind of feeling, dapat happiness ang maramdaman mo sa araw na yan).
And this bride actually wanted me to share this message to you, to warn you and help you out para hindi mo na rin maranasan yung naranasan niya.

But it turned out dun sa mga brides who didnโt hire one, pagod na pagod sila to oversee their own wedding, na-stress kasi sila lahat sumasalo ng concerns that day, some wedding guests nagtampo kasi they felt neglected dahil walang nag-aasikaso sa kanila, at nagkagulo-gulo ang program flow nila.
So if you are still asking yourself kung dapat ka bang maghire ng OTD Coordinators, then visualize your actual wedding day:
๐ Sino ang magrereceive ng on the day deliveries like fresh flowers, wedding cake, and lechon?
๐ Sa oras ng pictorial, sino ang magtatawag sa mga entourage mo?
๐ If ever may supplier ka na naligaw papunta sa venue, will you personally assist him/her?
๐ Sino ang magtatago ng mga gagamitin mong wedding accesories para sa ceremony?
๐ Who is going to check the church venue kung may ayos na before you even arrive?
๐ Sa church, who will ensure na tama ang kanta na nagpe-play during your bridal entrance?
๐ Who will call the wedding guests kapag pictorial na?
๐ Who will monitor the timeline ng wedding ninyo?
๐ Sino ang mag-aasikaso sa guests ninyo while you are having pictorial pa sa simbahan?
๐ Sino ang tatao sa registration area sa reception?
๐ Sino ang mamimigay ng wedding souvenirs?
๐ฎ. ๐๐ป-๐น๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ป๐ฎ ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด-๐ผ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ป๐ด ๐ต๐ฒ๐น๐ฝ - Most common mistakes ito ng mga couples na ikakasal, when someone you know volunteers to help sa wedding, we just accept. Syempre sino ba naman ang ayaw makatipid dba?
But when you think about it, sobrang risky tumanggap ng free services for your wedding, lalo na from people na mahihiya kang kausapin professionally.
Katulad nga nito, in laws. Imagine nangako ang in-laws na gagawin nila ang trabaho ng isang OTD Coordinator.
Pero on the day of the wedding, nakita ang pinsan o kumare niya, and instead of doing the task, naging โcelebration-modeโ na siya...
How can you tell the in-law to do her job at huwag munang makipag-chismisan?
O kaya naman nag-volunteer to be your photographer ang friend mo, for free.
Pero come your wedding day, masama ang pakiramdam niya at medyo may hangover pa. All of a sudden he decided not to go. Kasi in the first place hindi naman siya bayad to do it.
Ilan lang ito sa mga examples na nangyari na sa totoong buhay, sana you learn from other peopleโs mistake.
๐. ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ - Usually ito ang bisita na invited ng parents or relatives, 'yung iimbitahin mo na lang para wala raw masabi.
So naging regret ito ng ibang brides kasi in-invite mo na nga para walang masabi pero ang ending may nasabi pa rin.
Then there are guests na may bitbit pang plus one, meron eat and run, may na-invite na Marites, at may toxic na bisita na pinakikialaman ang flow ng program. Kaya please choose your guests wisely.
Nakakalungkot that she had to experience having these regrets.
Pero sana by sharing these things with you, you donโt have to learn from your own mistakes.
