We’d like to inform everyone that the Vendor Profile section is temporarily disabled while our team works on an update.

We’re currently improving the vendor experience, and as part of this update, a downloadable Planora application will soon be available for vendors.

This will make it easier for you to manage your profile, listings, bookings, and other vendor activities directly from your device.

We’ll notify everyone here once the update is completed and the Vendor Profile is available again.

📢 PLANORA VENDOR UPDATE

Cancellation Policy Management is Now Available!

Hi Founding Vendors! 👋

You can now upload and manage your own Cancellation Policies directly from your Planora Vendor Dashboard.

This gives you more control over the terms of each service you offer and helps clients clearly understand your cancellation conditions before booking.

📱 How to Update Your Cancellation Policy

1️⃣ Go to Settings
From your Vendor Dashboard, tap More → Settings.

2️⃣ Open Cancellation Policies
Scroll down to Cancellation Policies.

3️⃣ Upload Your Policy
Tap Attach Policies → Choose Files, select your policy document, then tap Upload Policies.

4️⃣ Go to My Listing
Return to More → My Listing.

5️⃣ Select a Listing
Choose the listing where you want to apply your cancellation policy.

6️⃣ Update the Cancellation Policy
Select your uploaded policy from the Cancellation Policy dropdown, then save your changes.

✅ That’s it! Your cancellation policy will now be attached to your listing and available for clients to review.

Important: If you have multiple listings with different terms, make sure to assign the appropriate policy to each listing.
