To the two individuals behind these dummy accounts, I know for a fact who you are.
Let me make this clear: We have not received any negative feedback regarding our resort business. And if ever there are concerns or issues, I am always open to addressing them with fairness and transparency. I believe in finding solutions through respectful and honest communication, compromising in ways where both parties can agree and understand.
However, your recent actions, leaving angry reactions on our photos have drawn unnecessary attention. If there is a real problem, I encourage you to reach out and talk to me directly. Let’s sit down and discuss matters properly. Hiding behind fake accounts and resorting to passive-aggressive behavior isn’t the way to resolve anything.
We are not in this business to step on anyone’s toes. So if you have something to say, let’s talk like professionals. I’m always open for that.
