Why not in Talisay, passion ko din ang foods.. naisip ko mag open & supportive naman ang asawa ko .. si Dr. Manuel Lavarez , a public health dentist & I’m Registered Nurse pala by profession medyo malay0 lang s food business .. medyo naiba lang sabi ko for the meantime.. nag start kami ni doc ng Resto Avenue sometime in January 2010... marami mali, trial & error pero sige lang tingnan kung paano makaka survive.... from the staff, menu choices & hardship in business...marami pinagdaanan pero tuloy lang.. We able to reach Paracale in 2012 as our branch.. Our friend suggest their place as their hometown have lack of good food service & luckily able to stay till year 2018.
before end of 2018 we were able to transfer in Vinzons...lipat lang ng location & business as usual. mas malapit na...medyo mabilis lang kaya napalipat na kami s vinzons...
Catering ang nag open ng opportunities s amin na maging kilala s iba.... this is good avenue to explore our foods & services...meeting new friends, other supplier & able to meet food lovers na masarap pakainin..
This year 2020 covid time we are embracing challenges... marami hotels, restaurants ang nag sasara na... What I can offer pala na something new? new avenue.. its our baking skills .. we have started to have cakes, pastries & new menu.. & looking positive ,even we are facing difficulties & God will provide everything. Mahirap importante maka survive & its a big profit na maka survive tayo...
for now Resto Avenue will make a new way to keep in the business... Its not a pride kung bakit nagpapa tuloy kahit nahihirapan hope you can understand may mga naka depende s akin , mga kasama s trabaho, & God will help us & will continue to guide us....... thanks sa support. My prayers is the safety of everyone..
