The challenge?

The client wanted a good old fashioned chiffon cake with boiled icing. The design? A double barrel top-heavy spring floral design. 24 hours.

Old time favorites meets new techniques in this watercolor inspired cake topped with modern wafer paper flowers and wrapped in fondant water color design.

Absolutely loved how this turned out! One lucky mom is about to get a pleasant early morning birthday surprise!
