LET ME KNOW: PROPER FOOD HANDLING AND LOCAL FOOD PROMOTION

The Stellar Events, in collaboration with the UM Tagum College, Community Extension Center, and Hospitality and Tourism Management Programs, have successfully held this event "Let Me Know: Proper Food Handling and Local Food Promotion"
This activity was participated by the students of UMTC, guest and the beneficiary which is Barangay Magugpo South.
Through this activity, the participants included the Single Moms and Council of Women of Barangay Magugpo South gaim more knowledge about the proper handling of the foods and how to promote their products. Also, the Community Extension Center (UMTC CEC) helps the beneficiary what their needs of their barangay. Lastly, the participants share their thoughts by asking some question about the topics to our speakers during the question and answer portion.
We would like to thank UM Tagum College Headed by the VP-BOO, Dr. Evelyn P. Saludes, Dean of College, Dr. Gina Fe G. Israel, Zone 1 Ass. Dean, Dr. Lucela B. Regidor, to our Program Heads, Dr. Nexofelou R. Gono and Dr. Ritchel P. Villaver, to the head of UMTC-CEC, Eng. Ariel V. Ando and to our HPC 106L Teacher Prof. Allimar M. Nuevo for giving us the opportunity and conducting the event.
We also thank to our Resource Speaker, Prof. Joanne Mamites and Prof. Genevieve Iraola for sharing your thoughts and dedication.
