We couldn't decide on which of our dishes best represents us this past year. But we believe this comes close, our Brisket Ragù .

Though, it may look incredibly simple,
it actually takes hours to whip up. Yes, HOURS. (Approximately 4 hours😁)

Much like the work we do, this dish represents the hours, days, weeks, months and years that we have dedicated to survive in this demanding industry. Most of it, the public never sees.

And we would like to think our efforts have paid off. Through the many years we have been around, our dear clients have been with us throughout the entire journey. And we offer our sincerest gratitude for all the love you have given us.
