Our team understands that a properly executed event can be leveraged to support an organization's strategic vision, incorporated into a company's marketing plan, or used to build networks and client's loyalty. We are a team of young, talented and skilled coordinators which organizes and facilitates weddings and corporate events to achieve the magic in their once in a lifetime and special moments. Our great TEAM of managers and event coordinators are on hand to assist you from start to finish. We make sure that everything is on its right timing by following our well - defined timeline and we make sure that all the details will be perfectly captured. The strength of each member is the team. Sometimes the best weddings aren’t the ones that go exactly to plan - they’re the ones where an incredible team comes together to make Plan B feel like Plan A.

When the rain arrived and the celebration had to move indoors, the venue and every member of the supplier team responded with professionalism, positivity, and seamless teamwork. From the venue staff of Casa San Pablo who transformed the space at a moment’s notice to every supplier who adapted without hesitation, it was a true reminder of what collaboration in this industry looks like.

As a wedding coordinator, days like these make us so proud to work alongside such dedicated professionals. Thank you to each and every supplier whose hard work made it all possible. The couple still had a beautiful, joy-filled day and that’s what truly matters.

Rain may have changed the setting, but it certainly didn’t change the magic. 🤍☔✨
