TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Booking should be made at least a week before the date of event.
2. We require 50% down payment to reserve booking.
3. Full payment must be paid on the actual day of the event but before its usage.
4. Set-up time should be at least 30 minutes before the time of the event starts.
5. Further another 30 minutes are required after the conclusion of the service period for wrap-up and removal.
6. Client shall provide sturdy level table. And garbage receptacle next to the table.
7. Client is also responsible for providing two table linens/covers that coordinate with their color scheme/motif unless agreed upon that it is included in the package.
8. Requires at least one 220 volt circuit within 2 feet of the desired set-up area.
9. Creative Symphony reserves the right to use any picture(s) from the event in advertising.
