Host Barbie Xeng is considered charming and a crowd's darling.
She is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Communication in the University of St. La Salle - Bacolod.
Her very first milestone as a Master of Ceremonies (Emcee) was during her Moving Up Recognition Rites in Kindergarten. She was just 5 years old at that time.
From then on, she would always have the opportunity to be the emcee in various school activities during her elementary, high school and even college years.
Her first exposure as an emcee in Metro Manila was in 2012, the day she was chosen by her former boss to host the grand open house and the launch of their condo project in Sucat, Parañaque. Since then, she would always be chosen by the company to be their emcee in minor and major company sales rallies and even the company's Christmas Parties.
In September 2015, she became part of SM Kids' Style Camp Toonfest Edition campaign - where she hosted in SM Marikina, SM Calamba, SM San Pablo and SM Clark respectively.
In October 2015, she also became part of another campaign by SM Kids, the "Sing and Act Like Elsa and Anna" Contest - where she hosted in SM Dasmariñas, SM Tarlac, SM Southmall, SM Manila and SM San Fernando.
The two mentioned campaigns of SM Kids opened more opportunities for Host Barbie Xeng in hosting mall events not only for kids but also for those who are young at heart.
Since the hosting break in 2015, more doors opened for her as an emcee. She has experienced being a character emcee, wearing Disney's Princess Anna, and Barbie (Fashionista) in kiddie parties.
Not only that, more opportunities came her way, too. Sweet 16 parties, birthday celebrations with different ages - with the celebrant as far as a hundred years old, weddings and other corporate events covered her experiences.
In 2018, she had the chance to work with GMA Child Actress Chlaui Malayao for a tropical fashion show in Robinsons Dasmariñas.
Also in 2018, she was also the chosen female host during the first ever Mutya ng Sta. Cruz in Cavite City - directed by Direk Joel Lamangan with special guests Mr. James Cooper (the first Filipino to be featured in French Vogue) and Mr. Roeder Camañag. 📷
Host Barbie Xeng is fond of working together with event partners such as event venues, event planners, and the like. She is grateful to them because of the different opportunities and experiences she had - molding her to what she has become as an emcee right now.
She would always say that having an average of 15 events a month is more than what she prayed for and would always be thankful for the blessings.
Today, Host Barbie Xeng is based in Tagaytay City - where she mostly have her commitments as an event emcee, particularly in weddings.
