This is a form of stealing, you ordered a lot, you received all the foods, tapos bigla mo icacancel, hindi po yan wrong item dahil nakaspecify ang request ni customer sa order nya which is nasunod naman ng tama, sinadya pong icancel ang ibang items just to get a free meal.
