2.1 Discount Details
Guests are entitled to 25% OFF the regular published room rate.
Discount is applicable per room, per night.
Limited to the first 20 qualified guests only (20 promo slots).
Promo cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other hotel services.
2.2 Eligibility Requirements

Full payment is required upon check-in.
Payments may be made via Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or Online Payment.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

Complimentary services included with the booked room category.
Exclusions
Food & Beverage orders.
Function rooms and event packages.
Online Travel Agency (OTA) bookings (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Traveloka, etc.).
Other promotional offers and discounts.

Important Note:

Senior Citizen and PWD discounts may still be availed but cannot be combined with this promotion.
Guests must choose either the 25% Anniversary Promo or the Senior Citizen/PWD discount, whichever provides the greater benefit.
No double discounting is allowed.

4. Guest Policies During the Promo
Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM
Standard Check-out: 12:00 NN
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and applicable charges.
A valid government-issued ID is required upon check-in.
Hotel house rules and security policies shall apply at all times.

5. Cancellation & General Policy
The promotion is subject to room availability.
Once all 20 promo slots have been redeemed, the promotion automatically ends even if it is still within the promo period.
Hotel management reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion without prior notice in cases beyond its control.
