To all interested applicants for scholarships, please check our schedule for submission and assessment:

June 23, 2024
8:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Cumadcad Barangay Hall
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Juban ABC Building, Juban Municipal Hall Ground, North Poblacion
(Thru Municipal Councilor Ryan Grefaldeo De Jesus and Vice Mayor Felipe G. Guasa)

Initial Requirements:
Form 138 (School Card)
Certificate of Good Moral Character (can be submitted later if not available)
Birth Certificate (can be submitted later if not available)

Application Process:
STEP 1. Submission of Requirements and Assessment
STEP 2. Interview: A non-technical interview to discuss your background and why you deserve the scholarship.
STEP 3. Issuance of Recommendation Letter
Further steps will be discussed at the venue.
