Looking for admin secretary with strong accounting background & experience that is willing to work for a property management company. (Office in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lease Administration & Tenant Management

• Preparation and updating of lease agreements and renewal contracts
• Monitoring lease terms, escalation rates, and contract expirations
• Preparation and issuance of Statements of Account (SOA)
• Monitoring rental collections and aging of receivables
• Tenant account reconciliation

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Recording of daily financial transactions
• Preparation of journal entries and maintenance of general ledger
• Preparation of monthly income and expense reports
• Monitoring operating expenses per property

Disbursement & Payables

• Preparation of check vouchers and processing of payments
• Monitoring accounts payable
• Ensuring completeness of supporting documents

Payroll & Government Compliance

• Payroll computation and preparation
• Preparation of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG remittances
• Preparation of BIR reports (VAT, withholding taxes, etc.)
• Monitoring compliance deadlines

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordination with external accountant and auditors
• Assistance in budgeting and financial monitoring
• Preparation of management reports
