WHY GO FOR A CIVIL/INTIMATE WEDDING?
None of us is sure of what would be the new normal when it comes to events. And because of that, a lot of soon-to-wed couples have decided to move their wedding next year in hopes that everything will be a lot better by that time. (We hope so,too) While some are also hopeful to push through their wedding at least the last quarter of this year and they are beginning to consider to have a civil or intimate wedding instead.
Wedding is a celebration of love and most couples want to invite everyone close to their hearts to witness their union. But sometimes, going intimate is better than that of a grand celebration. Especially, during this time of pandemic. Of course, as much as we want to invite everyone, we also want to make sure their health and safety won't be at risk.
So if you're planning to have a civil or intimate wedding para makasama mo na ang taong mahal mo, this is for you. โค๏ธ
1. LESS EXPENSIVE.
First & foremost, civil/intimate wedding is less expensive. Kasi mas unti ang guests, mas unti ang suppliers na need mo i-hire and you do not need to buy an expensive wedding gown. Just a simple formal dress will do.
2. LESS HASSLE.
Syempre, wala na din masyadong planning na kailangan gawin. Less stress. And on the day of your wedding, less preparations din. Get up, shower, dress up, walk down the aisle (not applicable for civil wedding, tho) and mingle with your guests.
3. MORE INTIMATE.
Ang typical wedding, may timeline, may program, may time limit sa venue, and you can't really sit & catch up with your guests. Tamang congrats & thanks lang kayo to one another, isang click for selfie then jump to the next guests or group of friends na. Kapag civil/intimate wedding, mas intimate talaga. People invited are just those who are really close to you and your partner. You can also have more time to sit & talk to them kasi kayo kayo lang naman.
Pero kung ayaw mo ng civil or intimate wedding, you can wait na maging okay na ang lahat. So that, you can have the wedding of your dreams. Whatever your wedding preferences are, be it grand or simple, with a large crowd or a few guests, go for it. ๐
