The Roof Garden is looking for a versatile Social Media Assistant/Admin to join our team. We specialize in premium catering and event styling, and we need someone who is as organized as they are creative to help us manage our growth.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖: Curate aesthetic content, stay on trend, and showcase our events.
𝘾𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙄𝙣𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨: Act as the first point of contact, managing DMs and emails professionally.
𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩: Handle scheduling, data entry, and general clerical organization.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧: Clear and polite writing skills.
𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖 𝙎𝙖𝙫𝙫𝙮: Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡-𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙: Organized, reliable, and thorough.
𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝-𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙡𝙮: Comfortable with G-Suite, Canva, and messaging apps.
