Last April 30, 2026, at the San Pablo Multi-Purpose Convention Center, the 4th UHPTEx embraced the theme โ€œThe Gastronomy of Filipino Dessert: From Tradition to Innovation.โ€ ๐Ÿฎโœจ During the event, students shared their expectations and goals through interviews and conversations, expressing what they hoped to learn and achieve from the event.

Some students shared their desire to gain new knowledge, improve their skills, discover innovative ideas, and deepen their appreciation for traditional Filipino desserts and culinary heritage. Their insights reflected enthusiasm, curiosity, and a passion for learning that could help them grow in the hospitality and gastronomy industry.
