A lot of what Casa San Pablo is today started with Ms. An’s ideas, curiosity, and love for bringing people together.

From turning Casa into a space for art, food, culture, creativity, and meaningful gatherings, to opening its doors to artists, workshops, and new experiences, she has always believed that a place can be more than just a destination.

And beyond Casa, her work continues to connect tourism, heritage, culture, and the arts, creating opportunities for artists, creatives, and communities to come together and share what makes San Pablo special.

Today, we celebrate Ms. An Mercado-Alcantara, recipient of the Director’s Choice Award at the CALABARZON Tourism Excellence Awards 2026.

Our heartfelt thanks to the Department of Tourism CALABARZON, especially Regional Director Marites T. Castro, for this meaningful recognition.
