How to Hold a Cascade Bouquet

The "Belly Button" Rule: Hold the handle with both hands at your waistline, specifically near your belly button. This keeps your shoulders relaxed and ensures the flowers don't hide the bodice of your dress.

Tilt it Outward: Angle the top of the bouquet slightly away from your body (about a 45° angle). This allows the "tail" of the flowers to drape naturally downward rather than resting flat against your skirt.

The "V" Shape: Keep your elbows slightly away from your body to create a "V" shape with your arms. This creates a slimming silhouette and prevents you from looking "boxed in."

Relax Your Grip: Avoid the "death grip." Hold the handle firmly but keep your fingers relaxed. If the bouquet is heavy, rest your forearms slightly on your hips for extra support.
