Mula sa MAKASAYSAYAN at DAKILANG BAYAN ng San Marcelino!
Kamas! Kamas! Kamas!Isigaw!!!
Umaalingawngaw sa buong daigdig ang unang sigaw ng Marcelineans tuwing sasapit ang buwan ng anihan ng ipinagmmamalaking tamis at sarap ng bunga ng singkamas.
Sa Patnubay ni Apo Gimo, ang bayan natin ay unti-unting umuusad, gumaganda at kinikilala sa larangang pang-ekonomiya, edukasyon, agrikultura, imprastraktura at maging sa tourismo. Nariyan ang sikat na cockpit Arena, ang makasaysayang simbahan ng Aglao, ang makapigil hiningang ganda ng Mapanuepe lake, mga saganang yaman ng bukid gaya ng prutas lalong higit ang matatamis na bunga ng manggang dinamulag, mga gulay at ang Ipinagmamalaki! Ng Bayan ng San Marcelino, Ang Singkamas!

Sa dalisay nitong kulay, taglay ng singkamas at Marcelineans ang sipag, tyaga at determimasyon upang makamit ang tugatog nitong tagumpay, mula sa paghahanda ng lupa, pagtatanim ng mga ginintuang butil, hangggang sa itoy anihin,, unti-unting yumayabong at umuunlad ang bayan natin.

Dahil sa tamis at katas ng singkamas na ito, kinikilala ang San Marcelino hindi lamang sa lalawigan ng Zambales kung hindi sa buong mundo dahil sa natatanging taglay nito. Patunay na mayroong paglago at pag unlad dahil sa adhikain at misyong Edukasyon, Serbisyong tapat para sa inyo Marcelineans!
