NOV. 21 (Friday)
1pm - Assembly at the Speaker Pro-Tempore Francisco I. Ortega Convention Center (FOCC) Sevilla, City of San Fernando, La Union
2pm - Start of Motorcade from FOCC to Puerto de San Juan Beach Residences
3pm - Check-in at hotels and transient homes
5pm - Seminars at FOCC: International Marketing Group (IMG) c/o O. Ramboyong; Supreme Barley c/o Ortega Daranciang; JOPC Mind Space c/o Chona O. Paras; Marketing Seminar on Rancho San Clemente, Ortega Peak Estates, DJO Ecotourism Center and DJO EcoHills Residences;
6pm - Ribbon-Cutting and Opening of Exhibits at FOCC (Possibly at SM City La Union)
7pm - Welcome Dinner hosted by Hon Paolo P. Ortega, Deputy Speaker, 20th Congress, Representative, 1st District of La Union
Attire: Ortega Branch t-shirts (use assigned color; orders for t-shirts still accepted ₱250 adult tshirt size; ₱220 kids size; ₱350 2XL up to 6XL)
8pm - Ms Ortega Clan International Pageant
10pm - Fellowship and dance with band
NOV. 22 (Sat)
8AM - Tours of La Union c/o Former CSFLU Mayor Jane C. Ortega ( Reservations required with Organizing Committee members)
8AM - Surfing at Mona Liza Resort, Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union
10:00AM - Seninars at FOCC
12PM - Lunch at the FOCC
2PM - Seminars at FOCC (Sponsors and International Business Organization of Ortega Clan IBOOC)
4PM - Photo Session by Family, Branch at FOCC
5:30PM - Photo Session of entire Ortega Clan at FOCC
6:00PM - Holy Mass by Msgr Ramon Lacsamana at FOCC c/o Former Mayor Mary Jane C. Ortega
7:00PM - Ortega Clan Grand Reunion Dinner hosted by Gov Mario Eduardo C. Ortega of the Provincial Government of La Union
8:00PM - Awards Ceremony

12:00PM - Closing Lunch at the Grand Ballroon of Puerto de San Juan Beach Residences (if completed on time ) or Barangay Ortega Covered Court
2:00PM - Medical Mission at Barangay Ortega Covered Court
3:00 PM - Games and snacks for kids
4:00 PM - Tree-planting at Don Joaquin Ortega Ecotourism Center (DJO EcoHills, Ortega Peak Estates)
6:00 PM - Camping at Ortega Peak, Bonfire
