Just a friendly reminder that a pencil booking is different from a confirmed booking.
To officially secure and reserve your date, we kindly require the deposit and completion of the booking agreement. This allows us to block the date exclusively for you and avoid conflicts with other inquiries.
The only exception is for established tie-up partners with whom we already have an agreed arrangement. For tie-up bookings, the date may be reserved without an upfront deposit, provided that the booking is confirmed under our agreed tie-up terms.
For regular bookings, however, the date will only be considered officially secured once the required deposit and agreement have been completed.
