From my very first time hosting in 2008-2009 to being given the chance to host it again last 2024 and this year, Hugyasan has always been more than just a festival for me—it’s a journey of growth, passion, and pure joy in celebrating the Ilayahanon culture.

Grateful beyond words to Kap. Cecilia Almodiente, to my sissy Randel Almodiente, the entire Almodiente Family and SK Chairman Jerico Dela Cruz and his Council for the trust and opportunity to once again bring life, energy, and super fun vibes to this incredible celebration. This little ID holds so many firsts: my first time in front of the camera, my first real stage presence, and the beginning of a journey I never stopped pursuing. From those early days in CAPIZTV, I learned the value of confidence, preparation, and connecting with people through every word I speak.

Years later, I carry those experiences with pride. Hosting isn’t just something I do, it’s something I’ve grown in, sharpened, and truly mastered through time.

So when I say I bring top-notch hosting to every event, it’s backed by years of real, on-ground experience. From then until now, the passion remains the same — only 14 years stronger, better, and more refined. 💫
