This tabulation reflects the official score of the judges and corrected tabulation sheet following the careful and thorough review by the committe.

From the intergalactic system of the Technological University of the Philippines, the Organizing Commmittee of the Mr. and Ms. TUP System 2025 extends its sincerest apologies on the erroneous announcement of winners of the Ms. TUP System 2025 during the Coronation Night, last December 04, 2025.

After the careful and thorough review of the scoring sheets and verification of the tabulation process, the Organizing Committee acknowledges and confirms that there has been an honest mistake in the transfer of the final scores to the official tabulation sheets, which has resulted in the incorrect proclamation of the results of the winners.

In all of out initiatives, we deeply value fairneess, transparency, and integrity. We recognizre the effort, dedication, and preparation that each candidate and their family has invested in this competition, and we are committed to rectifying this mistake with utmost respect and sincerity.

In line with this, we assure the public that Organizing Committee will take immediate correction action with peroper coordiantion and communication with the Administration, the candidates, their family, and the Board of Judges.

We fully understand the emotions and sentimments of the people during these times. We acknowledge how this mistake has affected our candidates, particularly those who were unintentionally misrepresented on stage— as well as their family, and supporters, The Organizing Committee takes full responsibility for this oversight and are commtitee to restoring the dignity and proper recognition that each amd ever candidate rightfully deserves.

We assure the public that the Organizing Committee has initiated an internal review immediately after the event has concluded to prevent similar incidents in the future. Enhanced safeguards and protocols to the mechanism and systems of future undertakings will be instituted moving forward.

In these circumstances, we humbly the understanding and compasssion of the community. Moreover, we extend our greatest gratitude to the candiadtes for their patience as we work diligiently to address this matter. The Organizing Committee remains steadfast in upholding excellence in all our initiatives and ensuring that every participant is accorded fairness and respect.
