Miss PRISAA Region VIII Nesylvie Dupal in Er Stephen Alvarado masterpiece during the regional costume competition of Mutya ng PRISAA 2025 national pageant held at Tuguegarao City.

"Maribhong, Marisyu,Babalikon, nga Rehiyon han Sinilangang Kabisayaan" This famous tagline simply defines the region as one of the most festive, fun and captivating island in the country. Visitors keep coming back to Eastern Visayas to relish its culture, natural richess, tradition and captivating wonders, they likewise enjoy also the various festivals in the region since it is known as the home of the Pintados Kasadyaan Festival of Festivals in the visayas.

This vibrant hues of pink and purple costume mimics the dancing flowers and bees, the award winning Tribu Buyogan that dances in a ritual and thanksgiving beat of their music who brought pride to the region as they garnered various wins and back to back victories in Sinulog and Aliwan festivals and represented our country in the World Culture Festival 2016 that was held in India.

Indeed, Buyogan and Pintados is truly a stand-out with top-notch performances and truly the Pride of Eastern Visayas.
