Preparations are officially underway for the CREBA National Convention 2025 happening this October 15–17 in Baguio City. Set during National Shelter Month and CREBA’s 52nd anniversary, this milestone event will unite government, developers, and housing advocates to push forward affordable, sustainable, and inclusive homes for every Filipino.

Kicking off this journey, CREBA held a successful Press Conference and Sponsors’ Appreciation Day last September 10 at Fairmont Makati, where industry leaders and partners reaffirmed their strong support for this landmark gathering.

According to Creba National President Noel Toti Cariño, this year’s theme “One Voice, One Vision, Housing for All,” is a call for unified action among government, private developers and stakeholders to secure decent, affordable and sustainable homes for every Filipino.
