HOSTING [Wedding]

We, The Coordinating Party, render Full Planning with the Program through interviews with the Couple; their family and friends if permitted and necessary.

We provide flow of the Program with the approval of the Couple.

We execute all planned activities from start to finish.

Unlimited Consultations and Assistance (regarding the Program) through phone and email upon signing of contract.

Meetings with the Couple are unlimited; made on their most convenient time and place.

We help organize and route Reception materials.

ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION [Wedding]

We, The Coordinating Party, render Full Planning for the day of the event (including the day before) while 80% of the preparation is made by the Couple. WDE basically puts everything together for the Big Day.

Suppliers have already been contracted by the Couple. It is assumed that all suppliers/vendors needed for the event have already been pre-booked and down payments for these reservations have been made. There is no need for the Event Coordinator to look for suppliers/vendors and to canvass for prices.

We take over the following-up of meetings and payments with the contracted suppliers/vendors, at least one to two months before the event;

We arrange the Call Time of the suppliers/vendors and the Entourage on the day of the event.


We execute all planned activities from start to finish.

Unlimited Consultations and Assistance through phone and email upon signing of contract.

Meetings with the Couple are unlimited; made on their most convenient time and place.

We turn-over receipts of gifts and other items they look after on the day of the event after the Reception is finished.

We provide flow of the Program with the approval of the Couple.

Hosting Services are included.

TURN-OVER COORDINATION [Wedding]

We, The Coordinating Party, render Full Planning and Conceptualization while the Couple has done 50% or half of the preparation.

Some suppliers/vendors have already been contracted by the Couple. WDE would need to help them look for the remaining suppliers/vendors and to canvass for prices by recommending accredited professional and dependable vendors that best suit the Couple’s needs and budget.

We require the Couple to turn-over all final contracts signed by them to us for confirmation, review and follow-ups. We assist them in confirming details, services and final agreements with all wedding suppliers/vendors. We also assist in reviewing service contracts of previously booked suppliers/vendors.

We take over the following-up of meetings and payments with the contracted suppliers/vendors, at least four to six months before the event.

We oversee the implementation of the arrangements and makes sure everything runs smoothly and is stress-free for the Couple.

Unlimited Consultations and Assistance through phone and email upon signing of contract.

Meetings with the Couple are unlimited; made on their most convenient time and place.

We execute all planned activities from start to finish.

We coordinate with the Church for all arrangements needed on the day.

We help organize and route Ceremony and Reception materials.

We supervise venue set-up both at the Church and Reception.

We arrange the Call Time of the suppliers/vendors and the Entourage on the day of the event.

We provide a Crew Meal Report to the Couple for actual advice on cash allowances or meals required by suppliers/vendors.

We facilitate payment to the suppliers/vendors’ balances after the end of the Reception Program together with the Couple’s assigned Cash Administrator.

We turn-over with proper endorsement the receipts of gifts and other items we look after on the day of the event after the Reception is finished.

We provide flow of the Program with the approval of the Couple.

Hosting Services are inclusive.

FULL COORDINATION [Wedding]

We, The Coordinating Party, render Full Planning and Conceptualization from Budgeting, Sourcing, Comparative Analysis to Booking and Logistics Management. As Full Coordinators, we do all the legwork for the Couple; saving them time, the hassle and money.

We provide the Couple a form to better assess their budget, preferences, priorities and requirements. We assist in determining and planning the budget and helps manage to stay within it.

We assist the Couple with every aspect of the planning while leaving the final decisions to the latter.

We refer, accompany and set-up appointments with various pre-screened suppliers/vendors for Bridal needs to the last details.

We assist in negotiations and reviewing contracts with suppliers/vendors. We do follow-ups and over-all coordination with booked suppliers/vendors through e-mails, phone calls and personal meet-ups and meetings.

We oversee management and payment of suppliers/vendors’ deposits and balances complete with suppliers/vendors’ Balance Reports.

We assist in advising and coordinating schedules for wedding-related appointments.

Both Parties start planning at least six months before the event.

WHAT STARTED IT ALL?

i have always helped out in events in our family even when i was younger... (i have been raised in a tight-knit one that "family" to me reaches up to the 4th degree ;)) weddings of titos and titas, later on of cousins; debuts of cousins and friends; my parents' anniversaries and so on...
helping out in the preparations gave me a different "high" (even until now) especially when you see things turn out well. :)

more than two years ago in 2011, jm's kuya christian told us that he has proposed to ate jen (his girlfriend then, wife now ;))!
