The company started as a dream of a young entrepreneur named Ivy Dulay who is fond of attending parties and celebrations. Little by little, she was inspired by colorful moments and funs every events she had attended and so she jump into the conclusion of learning the process of event organizing and as well as entering the vast field of business. Clong Avenue is dedicated to the entrepreneur’s only

son nicknamed “Clong” and also one of the reasons of building the company for creating the best celebration for his coming birthdays. Clong Avenue opened its doors to the mass on January 10 of the year 2009 at 2nd floor Pick en Tag Circle C at corner Jupiter St. Clong Avenue became popular with its balloon decorations from a centerpiece to a huge arc making every celebration colorful with its hue combinations and unique designs. While days pass by, party shops started opening on the same mall, starting a competition. But these didn’t stop the company in making wonderful events. Serving with quality at a low cost, Clong Avenue garnered more customers and even sponsored TV shows like ABS-CBN’s Ruffa and Ai and Entertainment Live which helped the company rose from a simple party shop into opening its second branch. On August 15, Clong Avenue opened as a small branch at 2nd floor Nova Square San Bartolome Novaliches Quezon City. With two stores serving the society with wonderful arrangements, Clong Avenue believes that it can serve every celebration with colorful ideas to make every celebration last forever.
