JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the implementation of various events and activations
* Responsible for managing, allocating, monitoring and utilizing resources efficiently
* Identify gaps and problems in project ex*****on and readily provide solutions for these challenges
* Prepare comprehensive report and analysis of completed projects
* Ensure that project is done to the highest standards of quality
* Supervise a team of project coordinators and team leaders
QUALIFICATIONS
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communication or equivalent.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in below-the-line (BTL) advertising industry is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 years & up experienced employees specializing in Event Management / Advertising / Media Planning or equivalent.
* Highly organized with an ability to anticipate and meet project deliverables
* Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
* Good team player , able to build positive work relationships with team members
