FULL SERVICES PLANNING (FROM DAY 1 TO THE DAY OF THE EVENT.) (6 months to 1 year preparation) –Php30,000.00

• Planning Stage:
o Attend meetings with suppliers
o Attend Scheduled meeting with the couple
o Helps canvas and choose the best deal like Church, Venues, Reception, Hotel or Resort Accommodation, Catering Services, Invitations and Giveaways, Photo and Video, Hair and Make–

up, Flower Arrangements, etc. o Helps in detailing from choosing the themes and bringing it to life. o Unlimited phone calls and/or email and follow ups with supplier and the couple. o Assist in planning and preparing event program and schedule. o Confirm final head count of the guests. o Review contracts of suppliers and payment schedule.

• Day of the Event
o Monitors the preparation of the venue prior to the time of the event. o Check on the couple and the entourage and coordinate on last details. o Check on wedding gown, and all bridal items and accessories i.e.: rings, bible, pillow etc. If more 101 pax and above. o Check on suppliers and give proper instructions:
Hair & make-up artist
Photographers / Videographers
Photo booth
Quartet
Host/Hostess/Emcee
Band, if any
Caterer
Florist
o Follow up any last minute details with the supplier/s. o You can transfer or allocate the payments to suppliers in checks only; no cash. o Other Responsibilities agreed by both parties. MID – PLANNING (2 WEEKS TO 1 MONTH PRIOR TO THE EVENT.) (2 weeks to 1 month preparation) –Php15,000.00

(One – Day – Event Coordinator) –Php8,000.00

• Day of the Event
o Monitors the preparation of the venue prior to the time of the event. o Check on suppliers and give proper instructions:

Host/Hostess/Emcee
Band, if any

Florist
o Follow up any last minute details with the supplier. Prices depend on the planning and needs of the event. Payment Terms:
50% down payment upon confirmation/blocking of date.
50% balance to be paid 2 days before the date of the event. Note:

Additionals:
