To our valued clients and renters:
— Nhessdevera Creations Gowns & Costume Rentals
Due to the recent typhoon and continuous heavy rains, many classes and events—both in schools and companies—have been cancelled. This includes school activities like Buwan ng Wika and various corporate events.
With that, we’d like to remind everyone who has scheduled rentals with us and are now requesting for refunds:
We do not offer refunds as stated in our rules and policies, which we strictly follow.
However, as part of our consideration and flexibility, clients with rescheduled events can still use or claim their costume rentals as long as the items are available and not booked by other clients for the new date.
If the originally booked costume is no longer available, we’ll be happy to offer an alternative costumes based on what's available in our inventory.
