Attention Parkway Village Homeowners and Members,
For the purpose of transparency, please be informed of the following:
1. On 06 February 2025, Ms. Sunilyn Ong, the PVHAI Auditor and Mr. Berkly Ong, the PR Officer have informed the PVHAI President and Treasurer of the Non reporting of funds and financial transactions since November 2024, and the non deposit of PVHAI income since 04 December 2024 to the PVHAI Bank Account at Chinabank Savings.
2. This letter of demand was received by the PVHAI office same day 06 February 2025 (but refused to sign)
3. It was demanded that all financial reports / records be funished to the PVHAI Auditor, and that all funds be deposited to the official PVHAI bank account at Chinabank Savings within (3) days. This also includes the demand for the CPA excel file for the audit for the period February 2023, September 2023 - May 2024.
4. On February 9, 2025, (3) days after, there was still no compliance to this demand for transparency, deposit of funds, location of funds, and the CPA Excel File.
5. On February 11, 2025, a board resolution notarized the same day was sent to the PVHAI Auditor and PR Officer, informing them of their termination as officers of the association, (based on their minutes of meeting dated 08 February 2025)
6. This said resolution was signed by the (7) remaining holdover board members and (1) former board member from 2015-2017, of whom was not included in the official DHSUD special election report dated 21 May 2024, as holdover board member.
7. As there was a valid demand for transparency and security of the location / possession of PVHAI funds, the (7) remaining board members resolved to terminate the positions of PVHAI Auditor and PR Officer.
8. Let be it known that the records and funds of the association does not belong to the (7) remaining board of directors, but is the property of the homeowners, and any non compliance to the jurisdiction of the PVHAI Auditor and our bylaws are actions of bad faith and must not be tolerated.
