A Force for Good

Although Mountain View Terrace has been closed for months due to road cementing works (and therefore had no income), our commitment to the community stays strong.

We’re proud to support PWD students this school year with a donation for school supplies.

We wish all PWD students a successful year ahead!

Dear friends, followers and (potential) clients,

We very much regret to inform you that Mountain View Terrace Guest House will be closed with immediate effect until further notice.

The reason?

The City has just started the concreting of McKinley Hills Drive. This is in itself great but unfortunately also makes access to our venue complicated, at times impossible and sometimes unsafe during the construction.

As the safety and satisfaction of our clients come first, we have made the decision to temporarily close our venue.

Our apologies for the inconvenience.

We look forward to hosting you once the road has been completed.

As part of our commitment to share our blessings with the local community, we hosted a big party with and for PWD's.

The attendees, the youngest being 2 and the oldest being 67 years old, came from a large number of barangays in Puerto Princesa City and were all very well behaved. God bless you all....

There were competitions ("Mr and Ms Valentine Mountain View Terrace" being the most entertaining one), fun games and a super raffle with amazing prizes and give-aways for all. The food and ice cream were tasty and plentiful.

Everyone had a great time, especially the ones who managed to enjoy a swim in the pool.

A special thank you to our partner Le Bistro • EJ Catering Services - Palawan for their support and generosity and to Ms. Host Reivelle Ricon Morta for being such an excellent Master of Ceremony.

It was great to welcome our old friend from Qatar, Abdel and his girlfriend, Angie on their first visit to Palawan and to host them at Mountain View Terrace. Abdel came from USA and had just arrived in the Philippines for a long overdue visit of family and friends. We thoroughly enjoyed reliving old memories, spending time together and eating lots of fish. Come again to your newfound "Paradise"...

Two very good friends from Qatar, Janet and Esmeraldo visited us recently in Puerto Princesa. We go back a very long way.... and both "Paul" and "Shell" play a big role in our friendship.
We had a great time catching up, visiting the Underground River and El-Nido and.....eating and singing.
Looking forward to see you during your next vacation...we miss you already

Ariana Johns, best known to her friends as "Rain", had a wonderful debut celebration this last weekend.

Gwyneth, her elder sister and her parents had organised a great surprise event with professional suppliers, beautiful decorations and delicious food.

The guests enjoyed their time during the official debut program, the hours long swimming afterwards and the next morning, and the singing.

Happy 18th Birthday, Rain.
