Not gonna lie, that message made me smile.😊

As a small business owner, I know the feeling of receiving inquiries that start with “How much?” or “Do you have a discount?” So when a client messaged me and their first question was whether I still had an available slot, it made me pause for a moment.

It reminded me of how far this little balloon decoration business has come. From hoping for inquiries, to having clients who already trust our work and simply want to know if they can still book us.

A small moment, but one I’ll definitely remember.
