Joy~Nostalg Foundation (JNF) is a non-stock, non-profit institution established to empower the Filipino family in its dream of a better quality of life through responsible home ownership. From initially providing education sessions to Filipino families seeking to be future homeowners, JNF has since evolved to provide capacity building to Filipino households, particularly among blue-collared and co
ntractual workers and minimum wage earners, especially in:
1) educating future homeowners on housing and financial literacy, and on their responsibilities of owning their own home;
2) facilitating values-based family and community formation activities;
3) enabling community-led cooperatives to establish their own businesses as a means to enhance economic activity;
4) providing leadership and formation activities to local leaders and organizations to better equip them in responding to the needs of the community;
5) deepening spirituality through relevant formation activities, in partnership with religious institutions, to help reinforce a spiritually-centered community. JNF programs are anchored on values formation and competence building, with the deliberate effort to empower its household beneficiaries to live transformed lives, and thereby enable the upliftment of human dignity.
