🎤This opening script I wrote myself.

For this 25th anniversary, I did not just show up and speak. I took the time to study the company, understand the people in the room and build a message that actually means something to them.

Every line was intentional. Every word was chosen to land, not just be heard.

This is style! Customized, grounded and always aligned with the story of the people I am speaking for.

Because a strong opening sets the tone for everything that follows.

Behind the scenes with my spinner husband, unfiltered and very much real life.

🎤On the mic, I’m composed, polished, and in full host mode.

💁‍♀️Off the mic (but still very much at work), this is how we actually talk.

To some, it might sound like we’re arguing, but this is almost 11 years of marriage, built on understanding, trust and knowing exactly how the other works. 😂

This is our rhythm.
This is our language. (laging galit)
This is our safe space.

From wife to host in a snap, code switching in real time, no filter, no pretending.

And somehow, in the middle of all that chaos, we still make it work… beautifully. 🤣💃👨🏻‍💻

🎤 Hosting is not just about entertaining. It is about setting the atmosphere. Leading everyone towards the goal.

For this crew conference, the goal was clear. Networking and knowledge sharing.

My hosting style this morning was energetic, of course. Not loud, but intentional. Showing positivity and genuine enthusiasm for everything that was in store for them.

Because when the energy is right, people open up, connect better and actually take something with them after the conference.

That is the role of a host. 💛

🔥🎤Behind the scenes of my hosting workshop.

We are going into Batch 18 this August 2026 and this is what I usually do before the face to face class. I arrive early, just like in any event. I check the space, feel the room and make sure everything is ready before my mentees arrive.

But more than the setup, I always make sure they feel comfortable the moment they walk in. I do not want them to feel intimidated. I want them to feel at home. Just like when actually hosts 💛

So I show up as my usual self. Warm, present, a little motherly and full of energy. ☀️

I have been doing this since 2019. Aside from hosting, I have been mentoring aspiring and experienced hosts, and I have already worked with hundreds over the years.

Every batch is different, but the goal is always the same. To help them grow, find their voice and own the room.
