Hey Bliimo Buddies.

We want to apologize for the pass inventory count confusion for the Ragnarok Mobile Championship which was the result of a security measure we had in place to avoid overselling/overbooking of passes.

We understand the frustration that most of you have felt and rest assured, we're working on solutions to answer the increasing demand for the passes.

What we did to fix the inventory issue was to update the code for fetching transactions.

A couple of things to note:

- We'll be accommodating upgrades to MVP Passes for the people that bought Mini Passes between September 30 to October 1.

- To make sure that there are enough MVP Passes for the people that are eligible to upgrade their Mini Passes, we’ll be freezing a number of MVP Passes for them for 24 hours.

- After the 24 hour period, all remaining frozen MVP Passes will be made available again to everybody.

- If you’re eligible and want to upgrade your Mini Passes to MVP, shoot us an email at [email protected] with your Bliimo username, email, and mobile number.

- And, as we value our users we will also be trying to reachout so we hope you keep your lines open for us.

We believe in unique mistakes and boy, the timing for this mistake was just, mmmm! But we want to assure you that we take this as a lesson and a step towards the right direction. We're always open to any of your comments and suggestions.
