How to make CHICKEN PIE

Ingredients
(Dough)
1kg flour
500g butter
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon granulate sugar

(For chicken marinate and boil)
1.5kg chicken breast
2 small onion
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons chicken seasoning
2 cups water
Boil chicken after marinate for about 1 hour, Allow to cool and shred them.

( Filling)
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup onion slices in cube
1 teaspoon Ginger.
1/2 teaspoon Garlic
Shredded chicken
1 Small onion
Salt to taste
1 cup of shredded carrot
2 cups of shredded cabbage
Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons Corn flour
1 cup water
1 cup of chicken broth
1 teaspoon chili pepper
1 teaspoon onion spice
2 stems of spring onion

Procedure
Follow the procedure given in meat pie for the dough.
As for the filling stir fry chicken, and add all other ingredients for the filling.
For making, roll dough, cut into rectangular shape, place filling, cover and bake

Home made chocolate for children.

Ingredients:
1. Butter
2. Powder milk
3. Sugar
4. Cocoa powder"

Procedure:
Melt your butter in a pan, add sugar stir the sugar well, then add powder milk stir, add cocoa powder and stir well until it comes a little tick, put down to cool small, put it in any of your choice shape and keep it in the refrigerator.

Yummy Puff puff.

Ingredients.
For about 25 balls of Puff Puff, the size in the photo above, you will need:

2 cups (250g) of Plain Flour
2 teaspoons of yeast (the one used in baking bread)
Β½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Β½ cup granulated sugar (or to your taste)
3 pinches of salt
Lukewarm water (for mixing)
Vegetable Oil (for frying)

Directions:
-Mix salt, sugar, water, nutmeg and yeast. Set aside for 5 minutes.
-Add flour and mix.
-Let the mixture rise for approximately 1- 2 hours
-In a large, sauce pan, pour vegetable oil into a pot, until it is at least 3 inches (or about 5 centimeters) high (too little will result in flatter balls) and place on low heat.
-Test to make sure the oil is hot enough by putting a β€˜drop’ of batter into the oil. If it is not hot enough, the batter will stay at the bottom of the pot rather than rising to the top.
-Using your hands grab a little bit of mixture at time and drop in the oil.
-When the oil is hot enough, use a spoon to dish up the batter and another spoon or spatula to drop it in the oil, sort of in the shape of a ball.
-Fry for a few minutes until the bottom side is golden brown.
-Turn the ball over and fry for a few more minutes until the other side is golden brown.
-Use a large spoon or something like that to take it out of the oil. I usually place them on napkins right away to soak up some of the excess oil.
-If desired, you can roll the finished product in table sugar or powdered sugar to make it sweeter.
