Ma’am Janicka,

Hindi ko alam kung paano ko ma-eexpress nang tama kung gaano ko na-appreciate lahat ng sinabi mo Ading.

Alam mo Ading, marami mang clients ang dumadaan, maraming events ang natatapos, pero may mga pamilya talagang naiiwan sa puso. Kayo yun…

Bilang nanay na sanay magdala ng maraming responsibilidad, alam ko yung pakiramdam na gusto mong ikaw ang gagawa ng lahat para siguradong maayos. Kaya kung may mga pagkakataon na pinapaupo kita, pinapapahinga, o paulit-ulit kong sinasabi na "kami na bahala," hindi dahil trabaho namin yun. Ginawa ko yun dahil gusto kong ma-enjoy mo ang pagiging mommy ni Jaden sa araw na yun.

Namimiss ko na yung mga tawagan natin, yung mga concerns mo, yung pagiging OC mo, yung mga "Ate okay na ba ito?" at syempre yung pagiging "Ading" mo. Hindi mo alam kung gaano ko rin na-appreciate na pinagkatiwalaan mo ako hindi lang bilang coordinator kundi bilang ate.

Thank you for trusting me with one of the most important moments of your family. Thank you for loving Team PCC the way you did. At higit sa lahat, thank you for making me your ate.

Hindi man araw-araw may tawagang "Ading," tandaan mo na nandito lang si Ate.
