#𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱

Marami sa atin nakaka-attend ng seminars, and usually at the end, ang tanong, "What is your takeaway?" Ito talaga ang expected, na meron tayong nakukuha pagdating sa mga ganong activities, most especially sana the lessons we learned.

Pero, ano ba ang mas maganda? We take away something or we leave something behind? I think between the two, the better is to leave something behind—a legacy or a lesson, na nanggagaling sayo. Sabi nga, "it's better to give than to receive."

Sa mga kapwa ko public servants, rather than us taking kung ano ba yung pakikinabangan natin dito o alin ba ang para sa atin, best that the mindset is we should be able to leave behind a legacy, or a blessing to others. A memory na maiisip ng mga nagtiwala sa atin na paglingkuran sila, "one day natulungan ako ng city government employee na ito." May makukwento sila na magandang karanasan.
