Happy Birthday to my beautiful Kabanata bride Thalia Andrada Libo-on and your first birthday as Mrs. Harmon Libo-on 💜

Your wedding will always be one of the most special events I have ever planned and coordinated.

Not only because every couple holds a unique story, but because you are also my little sister-in-law — someone who has been part of my life long before the wedding day.

And of course, we share the same love for violet.

At my own wedding, the palette danced through different purple hues, while yours embraced the soft elegance of lilac. Years ago, you were one of my bridesmaids, wearing a lilac tutu dress — little did I know then that lilac would someday become the color motif of your own wedding.

Moments and connections like these are what make planning and executing weddings so meaningful to me. They remind me that every celebration is not just an event, but a chapter (kabanata) in a story shared with people we love.

Khea and Christian were an overseas couple who entrusted Kabanata Events with one of the most important days of their lives—from booking suppliers, aligning details across time zones, to executing every plan seamlessly on the wedding day.

Then, six years ago, the unexpected happened.
The Taal Volcano erupted, and their original venue in Batangas was affected.

Plans changed overnight. But the vision remained.

What followed was a complete pivot—moving the celebration from Batangas to Tarlac, reworking logistics, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring that despite the disruption, their wedding would still feel intentional, meaningful, and theirs.

On the day itself, I stood not only as their on-the-day coordinator, but also as their host—guiding the flow, grounding the moments, and making sure everything unfolded with calm and care.
