🍮 1. Vanilla Flan

Ingredients
• 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 4 large eggs
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Melt sugar in a pan until golden. Pour into mold.
2. Blend milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Pour over caramel.
4. Bake in a water bath at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
5. Chill, unmold, and serve.

🍫 2. Chocolate Flan

Ingredients
• 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 cup melted chocolate
• 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
1. Prepare caramel and pour into mold.
2. Blend all remaining ingredients.
3. Pour mixture over caramel.
4. Bake in water bath at 350°F (175°C) for 45–50 minutes.
5. Cool, refrigerate, and invert.

🥥 3. Coconut Flan

Ingredients
• 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can coconut milk
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup shredded coconut
• 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
1. Prepare caramel and coat mold.
2. Blend all ingredients except coconut; stir coconut in.
3. Pour into mold.
4. Bake in water bath for 45 minutes.
5. Chill and serve.

☕ 4. Coffee Flan

Ingredients
• 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 tbsp instant coffee (dissolved in ¼ cup hot water)

Instructions
1. Prepare caramel and coat mold.
2. Blend milk, eggs, and coffee mixture.
3. Pour into mold.
4. Bake in water bath for 45 minutes.
5. Chill and unmold.

🎃 5. Pumpkin Flan

Ingredients
• 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup pumpkin puree
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
1. Prepare caramel and pour into mold.
2. Blend all remaining ingredients.
3. Pour mixture into mold.
4. Bake in water bath for 50 minutes.
5. Cool, chill, and serve.

🥭 6. Mango Flan

Ingredients
• 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup mango puree
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
1. Prepare caramel and coat mold.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour into mold.
4. Bake in water bath at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
5. Chill completely before serving.

My collection of Easy Asian Style Sauces that you can make at home!

1. SATAY SAUCE
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tsp soy sauce
1 whole lime- juice
2 tbsps red curry paste
1 tsp honey or sugar

Steps:
In a saucepan, add coconut milk. Let it boils. Remove from heat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and ready to serve. Enjoy!

2. YUM YUM SAUCE
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon mirin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Mix well and ready to use.

3. GENERAL TSO SAUCE:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon pepper flakes
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch

In a saucepan, mix everything and let it boil. Simmer for few minutes until it thickens. Mix in your favorite stir fry ingredients.

4. SWEET & SOUR
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp ketchup
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp water +
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp black pepper

In a sauce pan, mix all ingredients. Let it simmer in low heat until it thickens.

5. STIR FRY SAUCE
1/4 cup light soy sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4- 1/2 cup water
1 tsp sesame oil

6. DUCK SAUCE
1 cup apricot jam
1 thsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp chili sauce

1) Classic Beef Lasagna

Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef
• 9 lasagna noodles
• 2 cups marinara sauce
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook ground beef in a pan until browned. Add marinara sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
3. Mix ricotta, egg, parmesan, seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl.
4. In a baking dish, layer: sauce → noodles → ricotta → mozzarella. Repeat.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes. Rest 10 minutes before serving.

2) Vegetable Lasagna

Ingredients
• 1 zucchini (sliced)
• 1 cup spinach
• 1 cup mushrooms
• 1 red bell pepper
• 2 cups ricotta cheese
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup marinara sauce
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese
• 9 lasagna noodles

Instructions
1. Sauté vegetables until soft.
2. Cook noodles and drain.
3. Layer marinara, noodles, vegetables, ricotta, mozzarella.
4. Repeat layers and top with parmesan.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes.

3) Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

Ingredients
• 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
• 8 lasagna noodles
• 2 cups Alfredo sauce
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup parmesan cheese
• 1 cup spinach

Instructions
1. Mix chicken with Alfredo sauce.
2. Layer noodles → chicken mixture → ricotta → spinach → mozzarella.
3. Repeat layers. Top with parmesan.
4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes.

4) Spinach & Ricotta Lasagna

Ingredients
• 10 oz spinach
• 2 cups ricotta cheese
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese
• 9 lasagna noodles
• 2 cups marinara sauce
• 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
1. Sauté spinach lightly and drain excess water.
2. Mix spinach with ricotta and garlic powder.
3. Layer sauce → noodles → spinach mixture → mozzarella.
4. Repeat layers and sprinkle parmesan on top.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes.

5) Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup black beans
• 1 cup corn
• 1 cup salsa
• 1 tsp taco seasoning
• 2 cups cheddar cheese
• 8 corn tortillas

Instructions
1. Cook beef with taco seasoning. Mix in beans, corn, salsa.
2. Layer tortillas → beef mixture → cheese.
3. Repeat layers.
4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.

6) Seafood Lasagna

Ingredients
• ½ lb shrimp (chopped)
• 1 cup crab meat
• 1 cup scallops
• 2 cups Alfredo sauce
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 8 lasagna noodles

Instructions
1. Lightly sauté seafood for 2–3 minutes.
2. Mix seafood with Alfredo sauce.
3. Layer noodles → seafood sauce → mozzarella.
4. Repeat layers and top with parmesan.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
