1) Classic Beef Lasagna
Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef
• 9 lasagna noodles
• 2 cups marinara sauce
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook ground beef in a pan until browned. Add marinara sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
3. Mix ricotta, egg, parmesan, seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl.
4. In a baking dish, layer: sauce → noodles → ricotta → mozzarella. Repeat.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
2) Vegetable Lasagna
Ingredients
• 1 zucchini (sliced)
• 1 cup spinach
• 1 cup mushrooms
• 1 red bell pepper
• 2 cups ricotta cheese
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup marinara sauce
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese
• 9 lasagna noodles
Instructions
1. Sauté vegetables until soft.
2. Cook noodles and drain.
3. Layer marinara, noodles, vegetables, ricotta, mozzarella.
4. Repeat layers and top with parmesan.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes.
3) Chicken Alfredo Lasagna
Ingredients
• 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
• 8 lasagna noodles
• 2 cups Alfredo sauce
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup parmesan cheese
• 1 cup spinach
Instructions
1. Mix chicken with Alfredo sauce.
2. Layer noodles → chicken mixture → ricotta → spinach → mozzarella.
3. Repeat layers. Top with parmesan.
4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes.
4) Spinach & Ricotta Lasagna
Ingredients
• 10 oz spinach
• 2 cups ricotta cheese
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese
• 9 lasagna noodles
• 2 cups marinara sauce
• 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Sauté spinach lightly and drain excess water.
2. Mix spinach with ricotta and garlic powder.
3. Layer sauce → noodles → spinach mixture → mozzarella.
4. Repeat layers and sprinkle parmesan on top.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes.
5) Mexican Lasagna
Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup black beans
• 1 cup corn
• 1 cup salsa
• 1 tsp taco seasoning
• 2 cups cheddar cheese
• 8 corn tortillas
Instructions
1. Cook beef with taco seasoning. Mix in beans, corn, salsa.
2. Layer tortillas → beef mixture → cheese.
3. Repeat layers.
4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
6) Seafood Lasagna
Ingredients
• ½ lb shrimp (chopped)
• 1 cup crab meat
• 1 cup scallops
• 2 cups Alfredo sauce
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 8 lasagna noodles
Instructions
1. Lightly sauté seafood for 2–3 minutes.
2. Mix seafood with Alfredo sauce.
3. Layer noodles → seafood sauce → mozzarella.
4. Repeat layers and top with parmesan.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
