CHECK-IN / OUT AND BOOKING POLICY
� Check in time: 2:00 PM / Check-out time 7:00 AM
Check in time for overnight stay is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 7:00 AM of the folliwing day.
� There will be no refund for shortened stays including rooms check-in and check-out on the same day.
� Late check-out will be charged accordingly
� Guest who come in earlier than the designated check in time may stay
at the waiting area or parking area with no additional cost
2. TERMS OF PAYMENT AND BOOKING POLICIES
�Fifty percent (50%) is required to confirm reservation. Payment can be done thru online banking / GCASH, then send us a copy of deposit slip/ payment receipt
� Balance amount must be paid on or before check-in
�Any incidental charged will be charged separately prior to check-out
�Cancellation or change in booking should be made five (5) days before the reserved date
� Checks / credit card are NOT ACCEPTED for payments
3. OCCUPANCY AND ROOM SERVICE
� Room capacity shall be STRICTLY OBSERVED. An additional amount shall be charged in excess of maximum capacity
4. DAMAGES AND LOSSES OF RESORT'S PROPERTY
� ROOM KEYS - when leaving premises or before going out to the beach, please endorse room keys to the resort staff. P500 will be charged for lost key.
� INVENTORY - pleade do not remove inventory items. Do not take indoor furnitures outdoors.
�Do not move furniture around from one room to another
�Any items missing from a unit's inventory or any damages and losses inside the rooms belongings to the resort shall be charged to the guest
�Vandalism or any form of damage om resorts property is subject to a P1,000.00 fine plus cost of replacement and repairs
�TOILETS AND DRAINS - be careful of what you flush down the toilet or let down the drain. DO NOT FLUSH anything dowm the toilet such as: paper towels, baby wipes, cotton balls, hygiene products, pastic wrappers, etc. Repairs that are results of tenants negligence will be charged to the room occupant
� STAINS AND DAMAGES - please avoid staining indoors furnishings.
�Ink stains or stains from henna tattoos are almost imposible to remove from the linens. Hence, replacement/damage cost of stained linens, i.e. Bed spreads, bed pads, blankets, curtains, carpets and towels will be charged to the guest accordingly.
� Keep the bed mattress / bed comforter / blanket and pillow / Carpets / Couch and sofa DRY and NO STAIN (of any kind), there wil be a correspoding charged of P500.
� Drink moderately - avoid vomoting inside house premisses that could lead to damaging resort property like mattress, carpets, couch and sofa, etc., there wil be a correspoding charge of P1000
